1:1 sessions – A private oasis
-
Together we listen for what hurts, what's numb, what's longing to move, and I build practices that feel like they were made just for you.
These sessions begin wherever you are. We start with a conversation, so I can meet the season you're actually in, not the one you think you're supposed to be in. From there, we move into practice: breath, movement, and grounding shaped around your body's own rhythm.
Some sessions are quiet — restorative shapes and slow breath, giving your nervous system room to finally unclench. Others are about rebuilding strength, or working through something that's felt stuck for a long time, on the mat and off it. What we do together depends entirely on what your body is asking.
This is the session for you if you've been feeling stagnant, foggy, creatively blocked, disconnected from your intuition, or out of step with your own body. It's for transitions — the ones you chose and the ones you didn't. It's for anyone who's tired of being handed a generic practice and wants something built around their actual life.
We close each session with a few minutes of reflection, so you leave not just having done something, but having understood a little more about where you are in your own cycle — and what it's asking of you next.

Chapter 1: Awakening Awareness
Aim: Build awareness and trust in the body before going deeper.
This chapter introduces you to your back body with compassion. You learn to listen to sensations, understand pain without panic, and gently unwind long-held tension through breath-led, accessible practices.
Chapter 2: Building Strength and Support
Aim: Transform awareness into support and resilience.
Here, you create a stable, resilient back. With mindful strength work and clear alignment cues, you learn how to support your spine so it can support you in daily life.
Chapter 3: Integration and Everyday Life
Aim: Integrate back health into the whole person and everyday living.
The last chapter weaves everything together. You explore how stress, emotions, and habits shape your back, and you learn practical rituals to keep your back happy long after the program ends.

Chapter 1: Rooted in Stillness
Cultivating Inner Stability
This first chapter lays the foundation; physical, mental, and emotional grounding.
You’ll explore balance as a felt sense of steadiness, guided by the principles of strength and ease. The practices and reflections nurture trust in your inner center, even when outer life feels unsteady.Chapter 2: Flowing with Change
Balance in Motion
This chapter invites you to balance effort and surrender - action and reflection. You’ll learn to stay centered amid life's movement by releasing rigidity and opening to flow.Chapter 3: Living in Harmony
Integration and Embodiment
The final chapter unites the physical and philosophical threads of your journey. You’ll embody balance as a way of being, carrying steadiness, grace, and joy off the mat and into life.
Cycles – Longer drinks of water
Themed journeys that follow a clear arc.
These are for when you’re ready to stay with one thread and let it change you slowly.
Regular classes – Waters to wade into
Here I guide you from the ground up:
think of them as weekly touchstones where I help you reset, soften and remember what steady feels like.
Corporate sessions – Renew at work
-
Not everyone can carve out time to find an oasis on their own — sometimes the oasis has to come to them. These sessions bring the same principles of rest, recovery and cyclical renewal into the workplace, meeting your team where they actually are: at their desks, between meetings, carrying the particular kind of tired that comes from sitting still while the mind runs hard.
Sessions are built for bodies that spend all day at a screen — accessible, chair- and floor-friendly, no yoga experience required. We work with breath, gentle movement and grounding practices that lower the noise of the day just enough for people to think clearly again, rather than pushing through it.
This is for teams who are feeling the wear of constant output — the ones running on tension instead of ease, the ones who could use a shared pause that isn't another thing to perform. Whether it's a single reset session, a recurring weekly offering, or a short series woven into a wellness week, the goal is the same: give people's nervous systems a few minutes to unclench, together.
