Corporate Yoga in Stockholm
Bring steady bodies and calmer minds into your workplace.
I design on‑site yoga sessions for teams that spend most of their day at desks, in meetings, or on screens. The work is grounded in Regenerative Yoga: accessible movement, breath, and grounding practices that require no experience and work for all bodies.
The aim is simple: give your team’s nervous systems room to unwind, so people return to their tasks steadier, less carried by tension they didn’t notice they were holding.
What does a session look like?
Sessions are built around what your team actually needs on the day:
Guided movement breaks to release neck, shoulders, back, and hips.
Seated or chair-based sessions for small rooms or tight schedules.
Longer restorative classes for deeper recovery and focus.
Short workshops on managing stress and tension through the body rather than through willpower alone.
Everything is done in everyday clothes, no mats required unless you want them.
What formats are available?
All sessions are in person at your office or event space in the Stockholm area.
Single sessions: from 2400 SEK (45–60 minutes, up to 20 participants).
Recurring rhythms: weekly or bi‑weekly classes tailored to your team’s schedule.
Blocks & events: multi‑session packages for retreats, team‑building days, conferences, or wellness weeks.
Packages are flexible around your team’s needs: length, frequency, group size, and timing. If you’re unsure what fits, we’ll shape it together in a short conversation before booking.
Why bring this to your team?
Workplace yoga isn’t about adding another task to the day: it’s about creating a small pocket where the body can drop out of “always on.” Over time, that adds up to:
Less background tension and pain from sitting and screen work.
More focus and presence in meetings and deep work.
A shared language for stress, rest, and recovery in the team.
Whatever the scale, the intention stays the same: help people feel more human at work.
How to begin:
Reach out through the inquiry link and tell me a little about your team: size, typical day, and what you’re hoping to shift (e.g., stress, posture, energy, connection). From there, we’ll find a format that fits and book your first in‑person session.
